Our employees will arrive to your facility neatly in uniform, be polite, courteous and listen to all your concerns regarding the equipment so that they can achieve our goal of quality and unmatched customer satisfaction. We will stand by every repair seeing that they are done correctly from start to finish. All repairs are covered with our standard 90 day warranty on all parts and labor.  Shon’s uses OEM parts whenever available and will apply the manufacturer’s warranty on parts whenever it supersedes our warranty.
